How to automatically record all Teams meetings?

I create meetings in Outlook but found when I go to teams after I can change the meeting to record automatically. either one instance or all meetings in a recurring meeting. it's under meeting options.
I don't have access to the Admin Center however, it might be possible to copy a meeting and use it as a template once you have the option set to auto-record. just a thought...
