How do you find out what template is used when a Teams admin creates one from the TAC?

We're an EDU tenant so when we create a Team we see a choice of 4 templates.

As a Teams admin. When I create from the TAC (teams admin centre) I see no template choices and it creates a Team.

How do I know which template it is using, is it even one of the 4? Can it be changed?
