How do I turn off emails for specific teams but not others?

We use Microsoft Teams at the uni and I’m part of many different channels containing different classes/subjects.

Is there an option to turn off the emails entirely for specific teams within the channel? For example, I don’t want to receive emails from the class I already passed but at the same time I don’t wish to leave the channel entirely because there are other classes I still take.
