How can the member in chat meeting join the old meeting without wait organizer admit.
Hello,
I've created the meeting which need to access everyday with 30-40 members, for 2-3 years.
We always use the said room for discuss any topics in chat, when we need to have an meeting we will access the said old room by click"Join", then everyone can join.
But, for currently when all members in the said chat room click "Join" the meeting, they have to wait the organizer to admit them from the lobby then can access into the meeting room.
How can the organizer assign all members can access to join the meeting without admit?
Sim-92740588 hey, sounds like it’s a lobby issue.
The admin (organizer) will need to open the meeting and go to the Meeting Options. Here, they’ll need to change the “Who can bypass the lobby” settings.

Sim-92740588 Hey, you should be able to get to the meeting options from the meeting invite itself. At the bottom of the invite, you'll see the 'Meeting options' link:
