Sim-92740588 hey, sounds like it’s a lobby issue.
The admin (organizer) will need to open the meeting and go to the Meeting Options. Here, they’ll need to change the “Who can bypass the lobby” settings.

Sim-92740588 Hey, you should be able to get to the meeting options from the meeting invite itself. At the bottom of the invite, you'll see the 'Meeting options' link:
