How can I select a primary device for receiving calls in Microsoft Teams ?
I have Microsoft Teams installed on my desktop, my iPad and iPhone.
An incoming video- or audio-call is always ONLY received on my desktop, although it is not equipped with a microphone and webcam, even when I have Microsoft Teams active on all my other devices.
The only thing to do is reject the call on my desktop and recall my correspondent with an other device...
How and where can I choose which device should receive these calls primarily ?
Regards,
Berry
Hello Berry Van Hombeeck on the device you want you can :
do:
Change this setting if you’d prefer to always get notifications on your mobile device.
-
in Teams, go to Menu
> Notifications
-
Under Send notifications, tap Always.
- lpoekcu2017Copper ContributorThis fix does not seem to help on iOS devices. Still not receiving calls and have all notification settings set as suggested.

Hey Kevin TRELOHAN
Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately this settings was already like that on both devices 😞
If only there were a setting I could disable call-taking on my dekstop-device ...
