How are you handling performance review data across Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint?
Copilot can summarise a manager's own chats with someone over a period, but the grounding is semantic and recency weighted, so it misses things and never says so. Your real problem is capture, not search: feedback that only existed as a chat message was never recorded as feedback, and goals in Word docs are containers, not data. Check your Teams retention policy too, since some of it may already be deleted. Performance 365 is HR365 / Cubic Logics, not Microsoft, and deploys as SPFx into your tenant so the data sits in SharePoint lists you own; Zensai Perform365 is the other option. Building it is small: two SharePoint lists, a Power App as a Teams tab, Power Automate nudges, on a dedicated site with item level permissions | and ignore any advice pointing at Viva Goals, retired end of 2025.
