Guest user lifecycle in MS Teams
Hi community
Do anyone have any experience with lifecycle management of guest users in Microsoft Teams. That is, we really want to open up for guest access, so Team owners can invite third-party company employees into our Teams to collaborate with them. But this we want to manage really strictly.
Azure Identity Management is a way, but not that Out of the Box solution as I wished for. Was wondering if there are any policies that can be enabled, so Team owners do get prompted with notifications about guest users in their Team, or if it is possible to have guest users with access only for a selected time-frame, 3 months or 6 months.
But generally I am interested in to hear if anyone have any experience in governing guest users in MS Teams.
Thanks.
