Gif Picker - Why so small?

Not directly, but you can use the zoom controls under the ... menu to scale the entire UI, including the gif picker. Or you can add this request as an item over at the feedback portal: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/ad198462-1c1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472

Zoom in.
Ctrl+Equals sign ( = )
Zoom out.
Ctrl+Minus sign (-)
Reset zoom level.
Ctrl+0
