You could try Booking Room Pro, instead of using it to manage rooms, you can add your team mates.

I did a quick example here:
Each case would be an event, you can color them so it easier to visualize. You will not have the order as you wanted to, but you can see who worked on which case at what time, how many cases (events) per day.
The app has a messaging extension, so if you want to start a conversation over a particular case. You can refer it like this:
