Hi elieelkarkafi RealTime_M365 Jose_asnet
I have configured Call queue and added agent into it. Below screenshot for your reference.
But while select Test-Call its says "you are not setup this feature . please contact admin". But its working if i call myself.
This is configuration details.
I am not sure why its not working , kindly help me out this.
