Existing Custom Policy Packages after Teams Premium
Will existing Policy packages continue to work after that becomes a Premium feature?

Custom policy will be in place. Only if the Teams Premium license is conflicting with the custom policy the Premium policy will take into precedence.

Teams Premium will only add to the existing policy packages in place. It would not impact any policy packages.
