Stop Using VPNs.
Run Microsoft Teams as Administrator.
Add MS Teams Account in Windows.
Run the MS Teams App in Compatibility Mode.

Install Corrupt and Missing Libraries.
Enable TLS Option in Internet Settings.
Uninstall & Reinstall MS Teams.
