hgallardo , En mi caso fue facil. fui a opciones de internet (internet options) y activé los TLS 1.0, 1.1 y 1.2

    Stop Using VPNs.
    Run Microsoft Teams as Administrator.
    Add MS Teams Account in Windows.
    Run the MS Teams App in Compatibility Mode.
    Clear MS Teams' Cache Files.
    Install Corrupt and Missing Libraries.
    Enable TLS Option in Internet Settings.
    Uninstall & Reinstall MS Teams.
