do I need to use the @mention again for someones attention?

Hey all!  Do I need to use the @mention again for getting someones attention in ms teams? We didnt use this for a long time cause when I wrote the name, teams showed me the name where's in the team,...

Seems to be a weird issue. The can you re-login into the Microsoft Teams and check? Both @ mention and @ user specific name should work into Teams Group.

 

Is the issue still persists can you try from the Web Browser and see if the issue is persistant?

I'm seeing the same issue and I believe is due to the changes done by Microsoft in different Microsoft 365 workloads to meet the increase usage happening for the last few days

    yes, just maybe! I was surprised why it doesnt work without @ and I cant find any informations online - but okay, it doesnt matter at all! Were using this @mention again 🙂
