Difficulty regaining mouse control
Why am I having difficulty regaining mouse control when I screen share and give control of mouse? Most often during an activity of turn taking the client takes their turn, I then lose the ability to use my mouse and cannot regain control unless I hit Stop control at least 21 times. So frustrating.
- Hi, well that sounds frustrating. Have you tried to sign out manually from Teams (top right corner) to refresh settings and clear some cache? - Yes I have done all of those things, uninstalled Teams, reinstalled Teams, worked off the App vs desktop version. It does not matter. I still cannot regain mouse control.
- Perhaps it's something related to drivers/software. You should try that and if no success reach out to your IT admin/support for assistance, they can also create a support ticket with Microsoft if necessary.
