deleted Teams app storage on my phone

I recently cleared the Teams cache on my android because it was randomly crashing and not sending messages and I cleared the app storage as well without thinking. I cannot sign into Teams anymore on my phone. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried downloading it through teams.microsoft.com and nothing is working. I can still access it on my laptop, but need it on my phone as well. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks!
