Create Org-Wide Team not visible
Hi everyone,
I have a global admin account (activated with PIM), the account has a M365 E5 license with Teams service enabled and there is >10.000 users in the tenant.
However, when I go to https://teams.microsoft.com/ and try to create a New team, I don't get the option to create an Org-Wide Team - only Private and Public.
Has anyone experienced the same or got any ideas how to get around this?
Thanks in advance!

- It’s not that your org already created 5 org wide teams previously?
- Morten BøtkjærCopper ContributorHi Adam,
Currently there is only 1 Team created, which is not an org-wide team, in the entire Teams organization.- If that’s so, and all other criteria from here is check off, I’d suggest creating a ticket with Microsoft
htt https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/create-an-org-wide-team ps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/create-an-org-wide-team
Also keep in mind that even unlicensed users count in the total
