Couldn't sign in to Microsoft Teams
Hi,
Recently, our company is testing Microsoft teams rooms. After configuring the corresponding email number on tp100, the prompt is shown in the picture. I also hope you can point out what caused it.

For me what solved the issue was resetting the password and resetting the device even though there were no login errors visible in the Azure AD Sign In Logs and Teams Rooms Premium license was still active as well.
- Hi This can be due to few reasons
1) Firstly network issue if the Meeting room is behind a proxy and does not have connectivity to Office 365 IP and URL ranges.
2) If Modern Authentication is turned on and if the org is not prepared yet for Modern authentication for Non-Interactive accounts.
3) Can be a Wrong UserName or Password mentioned in the Account settings tab.
The best way to start troubleshooting is to first look at the Azure AD sign-in logs.
If we do not see any hits in the Azure AD sign-in logs then its evident its an network issue and needs a network-level capture from the source Teams Device to traffic Office 365 cloud.- LuXiongMaoCopper ContributorOur company is indeed as described in your first article.

If it is this architecture, is there any good solution?
- Little_JoeBronze ContributorHello,
Try to checking with your office network connection first, as most of this case is regarding the network. If the network is fine and have not blocking the ports for Teams then try to reboot the TP-100 and re-sign in serval times it should works. LuXiongMao With the limited info provided, it will be difficult to provide any useful feedback. I would start with checking the Azure AD Sign-In logs to see if the sign-in is being blocked, and if so, what the reason is.
- LuXiongMaoCopper ContributorThank you for your reply,Could you tell me how to view azure Ad Sign in logs?
LuXiongMao Yes, you'll need to have an appropriate admin role assigned though. So if you do not have this, you want to involve your Microsoft 365/Azure AD admins. They can go to Users blade in the Azure AD admin portal. When you're there, you can look up the specific user that you're using on the device, and then open the profile/details page of this user and click on 'Sign-in Logs' under the Activity section on the left.
