Hi This can be due to few reasons
1) Firstly network issue if the Meeting room is behind a proxy and does not have connectivity to Office 365 IP and URL ranges.
2) If Modern Authentication is turned on and if the org is not prepared yet for Modern authentication for Non-Interactive accounts.
3) Can be a Wrong UserName or Password mentioned in the Account settings tab.
The best way to start troubleshooting is to first look at the Azure AD sign-in logs.
If we do not see any hits in the Azure AD sign-in logs then its evident its an network issue and needs a network-level capture from the source Teams Device to traffic Office 365 cloud.
