LuXiongMao With the limited info provided, it will be difficult to provide any useful feedback. I would start with checking the Azure AD Sign-In logs to see if the sign-in is being blocked, and if so, what the reason is.

LuXiongMao Yes, you'll need to have an appropriate admin role assigned though. So if you do not have this, you want to involve your Microsoft 365/Azure AD admins. They can go to Users blade in the Azure AD admin portal. When you're there, you can look up the specific user that you're using on the device, and then open the profile/details page of this user and click on 'Sign-in Logs' under the Activity section on the left.
