Connecting groups

Hi,

I have a free account. I was added to another group. I can see that I was added to the group. I cannot see their information, join their meetings, etc. It does not show under my account. How can I trouble shoot this?

    At the top right a bit left to your profile icon should be the org you are in and a down arrow to see all other orgs you are member of

    Can you explain this further? Did you get invited to a team outside of your organization? If so you need to switch tenants to get to it..

      Thank you for answering adam deltinger . I would say yes since my organization is self. How do I go to Tenants?
