Class Notebook Distribution Issue

I am using Microsoft Teams to facilitate online learning for my class. I have found that when I create something in the content library and then distribute it to individual notebooks, some pupils are not receiving the information despite Teams stating that it has been successfully distributed. When I click on each individuals notebook, some have the information and others don't. Is there a way to resolve this issue?
