Choose which devices recieve teams calls
I'm having issues with a number of my users reporting that incoming teams calls previously rang all of their logged in devices (smartphone/Laptop/tablet) concurrently. now they very rarely get t...

I would recommend some testing on this one
1.) Have you tested with users and identified whether it just won't ring or whether it is a delay or just low sound (I have recently heard of both of these)
2.) Is it isolated to certain mobile devices (I.e. iphone) or is it Iphone and Android)
3.) Have you tested to ensure that users aren't turning off sound or keeping the phones in locations such as pockets, in other rooms, etc
4.) Have you tested calls to the Teams mobile client or Tablet when the user (s) are not logged into their laptop
If you can try to spot some pattern to this, it would help support, but ultimately I think the solution to this one is a support ticket. I would love to hear if they isolate an issue would be great if you could feedback into this thread after a resolution

I had observed a similar issue several times.
I use android.
