Chat icon in gray, can't use chat
Hi,
From what you are describing, it looks like you have chat disabled for guests in your policy and as you pointed out, a bunch of folks seem to be coming in as guests and not as registered users. How are folks being invited to the meeting? Are you just sharing out a link or are they invited to the actual meeting using the calendar as required attendees?

Hello good morning, thanks for responding, as I mentioned only 2/14 of a meeting joined as a guest, but the others were members of the team, but I do not understand why this is happening in several teams, there are some errors or problems .. Maybe it has to do with the version of the equipment they use?

I doubt if equipment is the issue. Could you clarify how the 2 users were invited to the meeting? Were they directly invited from the calendar? Were the other 12 users able to chat?- leninmv2020Apr 29, 2020Copper Contributor
Of all the users who entered, 2 entered as guests, but the others entered through the calendar, attached capture of the meeting, I could not see more details because they were children of 5 or 6 years and did not want to interrupt their session.
