CAN'T sign in to Microsoft teams
I can't sign in to my Microsoft Teams desktop application and it keeps telling me We'are sorry-we've run into an issue, I have changed internet rebooted my computer several times, SAME ISSUE
Anonymous2240I believe What is happening is on the Microsoft end! Make sure you have an updated acc# and you type in your Microsoft Teams credentials correctly ! We had a problem for a bit but We were able to resolve it ! darn SSSH KEYS ! Always been a PROBLEM !
I had this issue in the desktop app and knew there was already a tenant (I created it). I could use the mobile app and web app fine so figured it was an authentication issue. Anyway, I knew I had to clear a cache but couldn't figure out which one until stumbled on this blog: https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/
