Is there a way in MS Teams to change or 'try on' different backgrounds before or without starting a new meeting? I have been able to upload backgrounds and test them during conference calls, but have not been able to view them outside of meetings.Solved1.1MViews10likes39CommentsSales overview for Microsoft Teams

I have read the Teams Playbook that is attached to this conversation. My question is, can you help me with a technical guidance on how we can roll-out teams and showcase to new customers as a demo. Is there a way or a process defined to project Teams as a demo or a mock to customers? I would like to project/demo to my Sales persons, how Teams can be deployed/roll-out. I am looking for some assistance if anyone can help out. I am migrating our existing phone system to Business Voice and I am running into some issues getting extensions used how they used to be. Basically we have our main number (ex. 123456789) and I would like to be able to dial externally then input the extension (ex. 115) and reach that user. And internally just dial another users extension to reach them. Here are a few specific things I am running into Our auto attendant is set to dial by extension but I cant actually get it to route to a users extension We have the users Office number field in Azure and O365 as 123456789;ext=115 For internal extensions I am looking for a way - maybe through dial plans? to get the input of the extension to go to the user as well. Note our auto attendant number and user numbers are separate meaning they extensions are not part of the main number in any way (1234567115) where we could just cut off part of the number. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.94KViews1like10CommentsTeams Email not receiving mail

Hi All, I know you can access the attendance information for a meeting as a organiser of a team but as a admin is it possible to access all meeting information for attendance. In a school environment, this would be a useful feature being able to access this information in a centralised location rather than just getting the teachers (organisers) of a meeting to manually download the attendance information for the meeting themselves. Can this be done? And is it also possible to get previous meeting attendance information from the past say last 30 days? Please help!Solved59KViews0likes11CommentsCan an admin pin an app in Teams for all users?
Hello, we have built a PowerApp that is currently a tab in one of our Teams' Channels. Is it possible to pin this as an app on the left nav of Teams like Smartsheet is here? If so, is it possible, as an admin, to pin this for all users in our Org at once? Thank you in advance, MorghanSolved13KViews2likes16Comments
