Can't remove someone from Shifts

Hi,

 

So I can't remove a leaver from our team's shifts on Shifts. I have removed them from the team that sits behind that shifts but I can't remove them from Shifts itself. I get the attached error.

 

They are still receiving notifications which is unfortunate.

 

any advice would be appreciated.

    s_turner259 Hi there, I've never used Shifts in production but from a logic point of view would you please try and add that user to the team again and then remove from Shifts before removing from the team again.
