Can't change profile picture

Hello,

I've always been able to change my profile picture but i suddenly can't. 

its not like I'm getting an error, I can click on "upload an image", pick the picture and save it, but nothing is appearing as the icon.

Does that mean I'm blocked from changing my picture? or is my account just bugged?
