- Jun 22, 2021No they weren't we ended up creating a ticket with Microsoft. It was not behaving as it should. I'm not sure what they did but the issue is resolved now.

Usually when it is not possible to add a resource account to a CQ or AA there is no license assigned to the account, but I guess you already checked that.
