Cannot see participants in Teams Meeting
Good morning.
I have a problem with the Teams Desktop app.
I can´t view people that enter the meeting before me.
I try to reinstall the app and turn off and on Incoming video setting, but the problem persists.
Can someone help me?
- Is this only happening with the desktop client? Have you tried to remove the Teams cache as well? Sign out manually from the top right corner, right-click bottom right Teams icon and select "Quit". Copy and paste via Start %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and remove all data in that folder. Try again.
ChristianJBergstrom after I update to a newer version and delete all cached files I was able to solve the problem.
