Cannot log into Teams when logged into a domain-joined computer at work
Hi All,
A colleague and I are having this issue where we are not able to sign into Teams or any other MS App (like MS Whiteboard) when our computers are joined to our work domain.
We are both using laptops, which we take to and from home. From home, once we log in, we connect to our work via a VPN. We can see that regardless of location, it appears to be that when we are working on a domain-joined computer, we cannot access Teams or other MS Apps.
When we launch Teams, we manage to get to the prompt to enter our email addresses, but after we hit next, nothing else appears and we are presented with a white screen where we'd either see it auto
sign us in or prompt us for our passwords.
I should also add that we cannot add "Work" or "School" accounts to our laptops and that I am an Administrator too.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

- EWoodrickIron ContributorTalk to your administrators. It sounds as if they may be blocking your access.
- ElliotHowieCopper ContributorMy apologies, I should have mentioned that I am an Administrator and my colleague is not. I shall update my post.
