Cannot Add Internal User to Team
Hi, we are having an issue where we can not add an internal user to a team.
We are able to add others but there are two who do not show up in our contact list when we search for them to add them.
But when we search for them to send a message they show up without issue.
Does anyone know how to fix this or a way to get them into the team?
