Can we share a PDF files in team meeting ?
Currently we are https://www.brigadevalencia.gen.in/ working Microsoft teams but we are facing problems like unable to share PDF files. Is there any possibilities to share a PDF.
- By default, Teams and channels is selected to choose a PDF file. If you want to choose a PDF that is not on your Teams and Channels, click the drop-down menu and choose a PDF from your OneDrive account, or upload a PDF from your computer, and then click Share.

Rachel GomezI have tried this but I still can't seem to share PDFs. Is this because the person is not a member of the organisations team and is a guest? If that is the case, is the only way to work around it to do a screen share of the PDF? So for example, I uploaded a document to Onedrive, and whilst it appeared there, I couldn't select it and share it. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
