Hi, the registry change in this article https://windows101tricks.com/webcam-freezes-windows-10/ will quite often solve Windows 10 webcam freezing problems. Definitely worth a try.

JorgeReisHi Mate - did you solve your issue with Camera freezing in eams and Win 10 on your Surface Pro 3? I am having the same issue. It works fine for me in Zoom calls, and Google Meet calls too. Weird.
