Camera goes black in zoom meetings
Hi all, I tried to search but could not find anything. We are using Teams Rooms with zoom enabled on them. When we start the meetings it goes all good, but after some time, the camera just goes b...
We are seeing this issue in two rooms - one with Logitech Rally Bar + NUC and the second with Rally Camera/Speaker + NUC. We can reproduce it in both rooms where the incoming video feeds go blank and nothing except leaving and re-joining resolves the issue.
Only common factor here is the NUC. Has anyone experienced this running in Appliance mode?
A reddit post reports this issue within the last 3 months with the desktop client, however they have a solution of unchecking an advanced setting both called "optimise video I receive" which we don't have access to with the web app.
Has anyone made contact with Microsoft or Logitech about this one? I suspect this is something Zoom will have to fix
