Camera goes black in zoom meetings
Hi all, I tried to search but could not find anything. We are using Teams Rooms with zoom enabled on them. When we start the meetings it goes all good, but after some time, the camera just goes b...
What happens when you stop/start the camera? Does it reactivate the stream? I'd get a ticket open with your OEM to troubleshoot and also open a case with MSFT.
A good test would be to try it from the admin desktop side, join a zoom meeting via webrtc and see if the same thing happens.

Restarting the camera does nothing. To make it work again need to leave the session and re-join.
