Call Statistics and Billing API

Is there an easy way to get a tabulation of what user made what call on a monthly basis. Something like an API export that I can grab inside a BI tool like power BI then perform further analytics on. I took a look at the analytics section of the teams admin pane but could not find this. For my scenario, I have active directory users profiled as per departments and the departments jointly meet the teams call and messaging costs. So, on a monthly basis, I wish to compute the cumulative call time for the individual departments then calculate the cost.
