Call queues missed calls history
Hello, is there a way to see call que calls history?
Does anyone know if something is planned in the roadmap at the moment?
Is there a way to get a feedback from MS on this topic?
This is a must feature. They shound't developp whatever features until this kind of function are not available...
Microsoft support said it was planned for this year 2022.
We have sent a support request to Microsoft about this.
