Call queues missed calls history
Hello, is there a way to see call que calls history?
Thats really poor from Microsoft... we are waiting since over a year for this already published and released feature.
Our alternative: Nimbus from Luware. Works also with Operator Connect.

Same here :-I Enabled this a few hours ago, agents are only seeing their own calls in the list.
