Call Queue presence

Am I the only person who has an issue with calls being presented to agents while they are on another call.  For example if I make an external call and a call is presented to the call queue I am a member of.  I still get the alert....   Can I change this?

    I wonder whether enabling 'busy on busy' would fix this?
