Call queue historical reports as "non user" app registration

Hi everyone,

 

the least priv to use the automatic refresh of the report is "Global Reader" as it seems.
MS is saying that this right is "privileged" and this is my opinion too. I do not want to add this to a "normal useraccount" so that this account can refresh the data.

Can we somehow create an App Reg that can be added to the report as "Refresh account" instead of an user right? Also what happens if this user leaves the company?

Did anyone achieve this?
