Call Queue - Presenting Presence No Calls
Our team members are signed into a call queue.
At times throughout the day they may conduct a screen share. Once the Teams presence is auto changes to "presenting" they no longer receive calls.
Is anyone aware of a way to disable this? I've been through MS Premier support and so far no resolution.
They need to manually set the presence to available every time.
