Call Queue - Active Calls
Will I be able to see the number of active calls in a call queue if I'm a member of the CQ or administrator? Any reporting feature for AA & CQ available for the handled calls & so on?

We, MAF InfoCom developed a workaround for that. https://www.mafinfo.com/real-time-visibility-calls-in-queue-microsoft-teams-maf-icims-cc/
This is available with MAF ICIMS CC. MAF ICIMS CC ads real time metrics to the MAF ICIMS reporting and analytics solution for teams (reports/dashboards and much more).
