Calender for Vacation and for general overview of a team
Hi,
we are using Teams since one week now and I´m searching for an way to implement an "vacation calender". To keep it simple I want that every user can use his personal calender in Outlook (Exchange).
So in case a team member has holiday it should be added to the personal calender and this information I want to share in a general calender for the hole team. We have already a "Team" for all members of the team. Sorry as I´m new to Teams I don´t know how to implement.

LXChris Hello, I understand you're looking for a way to implement a vacation calendar that integrates with each user's personal Outlook calendar and provides a general overview for the whole team. While Teams and Outlook are powerful tools, setting up a seamless vacation tracking system can be a bit tricky.
I recommend giving Vacation Tracker a try. It makes managing leave super easy and integrates perfectly with Microsoft Teams. You can handle all your leave requests right in Teams and sync with Outlook for full visibility. Check it out at https://vacationtracker.io/ - ChristianBergstromSilver ContributorHello, every team has an underlying group calendar that you can use for this purpose, you can even add an additional SharePoint calendar if you'd like that. One example, when you're in Teams in your team you can select "Open in SharePoint" (...) and browse the calendar via "Conversations" (left navigation field). The URL can be added as website when you add a tab (+). You can also add the "channel calendar app" (+) for an overview of events in the selected channel. There are many articles out there, just do a search for step-by-step guidance.

Solution 1:
Every team member should add the holiday in the team calender (in the teams app), this will also sync the date to the personal calender of the person who has added the date in the teams calender.
If someone should add the holidays for all the team members, this will also place a sync for his/her personal calender as there is no option (or I didn´t found it) to place a date for someone else- ChristianBergstromSilver ContributorI think you would have to involve the Outlook calendar here using overlay (instead of two calendars) or something similar as the Teams calendar really isn't that mature for scheduling features today. Especially since the group calendars aren't fully implemented yet https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/16933204-include-office-365-group-calendar-in-teams
Have a look at Power Automate for any possible flow doing this for you https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/
