Hello, every team has an underlying group calendar that you can use for this purpose, you can even add an additional SharePoint calendar if you'd like that. One example, when you're in Teams in your team you can select "Open in SharePoint" (...) and browse the calendar via "Conversations" (left navigation field). The URL can be added as website when you add a tab (+). You can also add the "channel calendar app" (+) for an overview of events in the selected channel. There are many articles out there, just do a search for step-by-step guidance.

ChristianBergstrom Thank you for your answer, I have found the option to add an "Kanalkalender" to a Team, but I havent found a way or a step-by-step tutorial to implement it that it is suitable for us.
Solution 1:
Every team member should add the holiday in the team calender (in the teams app), this will also sync the date to the personal calender of the person who has added the date in the teams calender.
If someone should add the holidays for all the team members, this will also place a sync for his/her personal calender as there is no option (or I didn´t found it) to place a date for someone else

- ChristianBergstromApr 26, 2021Silver ContributorI think you would have to involve the Outlook calendar here using overlay (instead of two calendars) or something similar as the Teams calendar really isn't that mature for scheduling features today. Especially since the group calendars aren't fully implemented yet https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/16933204-include-office-365-group-calendar-in-teams
Have a look at Power Automate for any possible flow doing this for you https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/
