To clarify a bit more, what seems to be too "advanced" with channel calendar is that a booking is made in ( at least) the creators outlook-calendar. That's not necessary since the creator most likely have meetings around the happening anyways. Also, a actuall teams-meeting is created. The only need is a block and a name in the calendar. Otherwise its just superflous...
