Calendar App missing on IOS and Android
Hi
I have looked closely for this but I have not found a solution. I have a group of assessors that are scheduling meetings with apprentices through the app. However when the apprentice comes to join the meeting on their mobile phones they cannot access the calendar to then access the meeting and join it.
The calendar appears to be missing in both android and ios models and there does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to it. It is also random, some can access and others cannot. It also doesn't appear to be an age of phone issue either as both a brand new Samsung and an iPhone 5 have shown issues with accessing the calendar app.
can anyone help with this?

- Assume these users missing the calendar are full licensed exchange online users in your tenant? That is required to have calendar tab. They cannot be guests and do require that license and mailbox.
Another reason it could just be hidden. You can customize your icons in teams at the bottom if you click the little line right above the icons or scroll up from an icon you’ll get more options to choose. The calendar may be here. There is an edit option that can move that icon to the toolbar if desired.
