Blocking/disabling missed messages emails

Hello,

I've been tasked with blocking teams email notifications (the ones from noreply AT emeaemail.teams.microsoft.com that say "x sent a message in chat")

Whilst I know you can set it on a per-user basis, there does not appear to be a way to set it globally?

I've tried setting a mail flow rule to block them, but it's intermittent at best.

Any ideas?
