Block changing profile picture

Hi, I am sorry to resurrect a previous question. Is there any status update to the UserVoice suggestion located here?

The last update was more than a year ago. The original update said calendar year 2018... My guess is this request is on the back-burner? It looks like I am not the only one wondering. It would be nice if we could prevent this in the Teams app.
